Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive Harrington email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can then manage your email preferences under ‘My Account’.
How do I place an order on your site?
It's easy! Here’s how:
1. Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
2. Select your desired piece and click Buy it Now for instant checkout or Add to Cart if you want to continue shopping’. Once you've added all items, it's time to check-out.
3. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
4.Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That's it – we'll confirm the order via a phone call or text or email and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.
Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I cancel my Harrington order or make changes to it?
Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Just head to 'Returns and Exchanges', or send us an email at customercare@harringtonwear.com if you placed an order as a guest. We can't add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces. You can find more info in our Return & Refunds Policy.

When will my card be charged?
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, HARRINGTON will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, but your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?
We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective Harrington box — with branded Harrington dust bags — to ensure it arrives to you in a great condition.

From 2021 Harrington is investing in global environmental projects to balance out the carbon impact of every single delivery and return we make.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
All your orders placed on Harrington site will be shipped free of charges.
I didn't receive my invoice with my order. Where can I find it?
Harrington is creating a more sustainable shopping experience. To reduce waste, invoices have been removed from Harrington orders. Download your digital invoice by signing in to your Harrington account on the website or simply send us an email at customercare@harringtonwear.com with your order number and your request and you invoice will be sent to you at the earliest.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

In order to request for exchanges and refunds, please follow the following steps:
1.Please send us a mail at customercare@harringtonwear.com with the subject as Exchange or Refund request or as appropriate.
2. Please mention your order number on the message body and mention the reason you would want to return or exchange the products.
3.Our Customer Care team will reach you within 24 hours for further assistance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.All items must be returned for exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2.All Items must be returned to us unused with all Harrington tags, designer labels still attached and in the original Harrington packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and be sent back to you upon payment of the shipment charges. We recommend you ask the courier to scan your package when they collect your return. This will make sure your return is tracked.
3.If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
4.Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days after the approval of your refunds which will be notified to you via phone call/ text message or email.
What does pre-order mean?
You can get early access to next season's most wanted pieces before they're released.
When will my pre-order item arrive?
As soon as your item has been released and is ready to be shipped, you'll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.
When do I have to pay?
Pre-order items require 25%-40% payment of the design cost for confirmation. Our customer care representative will reach you shortly after you confirm your pre-order.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, please contact our customer care team to cancel your pre-order.

Cancellation before shipping:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone +9779802023111 or send us at email customercare@harringtonwear.com. In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you, excluding transaction charges, if applicable.
Cancellation after shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money, excluding transaction charges, if applicable.
If Harrington couldn't serve an order for any reason beyond the control of Harrington, even after giving our best, Harrington reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Simply give us a call or a WhatsApp message at +9779802023111 or send us a mail at customercare@harringtonwear.com Mentioning the subject as “Change in Address” and send us your new address along with your previous one.
However, you may not be able to if your item has already been shipped.
Are pre-order items refundable?
Yes, just make sure items meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.
Will pre-order items be shipped with my other orders?
No, they will be delivered separately according to the expected release date.
